Industrial Silicone Mold Washer
High-performance washing system for cleaning silicone moulds in hygienic design with integrated main wash, rinse and drying, for fast and effective cleaning of medium to highly polluted silicone molds. Our sSilicone mold washer are manufactured specifically to the customer’s requirements.
The Silicone mold washer system is separated into a main washing zone, rinsing zone and drying. The silicone moulds are set up and delivered manually by hand.
In the main washing zone, the silicone moulds are cleaned with circulating water, which is constantly cleaned by the built-in filter system. The built-in tank heating keeps the washing water in the main flushing zone constantly at the desired temperature.
In the rinse zone, the silicone moulds are rinsed to clean fresh water. This water is then optimally fed into the main washing zone with the “double cascade system” and continuously regenerates the washing water.
After rinsing, the glasses pass through the drying zone and are blown off dry via air nozzles at high air volume. The blown-off water is also returned to the washing zone via the cascade system.
This process achieves a maximum washing result without pH-value procrastination with a minimum water, energy and chemical consumption.
The built-in special nozzles ensure a thorough cleaning of the washing material.
To ensure optimal cleaning, the silicone moulds (along the length) are transported through the system through a stainless steel chain strap lying at the top and bottom.
This allows different contaminated silicone moulds to be cleaned with the precisely matched amount of water. This saves energy and water.
